Pase antes a TelCel y estaba una fila como de 20 personas que esperaban entrar a esa oficina tienda.

I arrived with my 86-year-old dad. The young lady who attended us was very kind and very professional, giving my dad everything she could so that he wouldn't get up from his chair, and that's how it was. It is a pleasure to be treated like this, honestly.
I went to TelCel before and there was a line of about 20 people waiting to enter that store office.
Better for everything Movistar 100%.

Los agentes varones deberían tener más vocación de servicio, amabilidad y detectar el nivel de conocimientos del cliente antes de suponer de que es un ignorante, ya que muchos sabemos muchísimo más que ellos en el mismo tema. Sólo reciclan celulares y baterías para celular, olvídate de llevar cualquier otra cosa, aún si tiene que ver con ellos.
Good service, but not excellent. Male agents should have a greater vocation for service, kindness and detect the level of knowledge of the client before assuming that he is ignorant, since many of us know much more than them on the same subject. They only recycle cell phones and cell phone batteries, forget about bringing anything else, even if it has to do with them.
