They never answer and the communication links to other menu options do not work, they do not have the correct telephones. A waste of time and resources.

POr lo menos deberían dar una atención amplia y cordial.
Ya que para eso les pagan.
It seems that they are asked by a gift of information, mediocre Secretaries that only answer phones and receive a salary.
At least they should give a wide and cordial attention.
Because that's what they get paid for.
