Acabados en las casas de mala calidad: los sapos de los escusados no sellan, las llaves de los lavabos se rompieron, las regaderas se rompieron, los marcos de las ventanas de la fachada de algunas casas se cayeron, mala conexión en tuberías lo que ocasiona humedad, a mi, el baño y el techo de la cocina se me abrió de la humedad por las malas tuberías. En mi experiencia el año de garantía no es suficiente, los desperfectos iniciaron a los 16 meses exactamente. 5. Planta tratadora insuficiente, sin un buen uso, lo que hace que los drenajes se desborden. ANTES DE COMPRAR EN CUMBRES O ARROYO, INVESTIGA CON VECINOS EN TULIPANES. In my experience, one year of warranty is not enough, the damage began exactly 16 months later. 5. Insufficient treatment plant, not used properly, causing drains to overflow. BEFORE BUYING IN CUMBRES OR ARROYO, RESEARCH WITH NEIGHBORS IN TULIPANES. DON'T BUY PROBLEMS
