Con más de 28 años a tu servicio, la CAPU es la puerta del turismo que llega a la Cd. de Puebla y el escaparate al sureste mexicano.
Localizada al norte de la Ciudad de Puebla (a 4 km al noroeste del Zócalo de la ciudad y a 1.5 km de la autopista México-Puebla), la CAPU es considerada una de las Terminales de Autobuses más grandes de América Latina, tanto en sus dimensiones como en la proporción del flujo y servicios que ofrece.
Hoy en día la Terminal CAPU comunica a la Ciudad de Puebla vía terrestre con 30 entidades federativas de nuestro país y se inician los viajes a Centroamérica.
La Terminal brinda un servicio de calidad a más de 28 millones de pasajeros al año.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminal de autobuses amplia, quizá la más amplia que he visto, a veces es cansado. De hecho puede ser engorroso para adultos mayores. Sin embargo, es muy eficiente en logística, tiene corridas a todos los rumbos del estado y del país. Si tamaño es had hoc a la cantidad de personas que transitan por ese lugar. Es increíble cómo una terminal está por convertirse en una estación en el trayecto y rutas de la población flotante, viajantes y del diario. Varias líneas terrestres, amplia zona de comida y zona de espera. Tiene carriles de descenso de autos y entrada muy ágil y y directa a la zona de boletaje. La vigilancia es algo a reforzar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está limpio siempre y el servicio de los sectores donde lo he solicitado (preguntas a guardias, sanitarios, entre otros) ha sido sido muy bueno. Solo hay que tener precaución en la zona en la que está ubicado,al salir hay partes queso muy solitarias y recomendaría no caminar por ahí, mejor tomar un taxi.
The place is always clean and the service in the sectors where I have requested it (questions to guards, health workers, among others) has been very good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre es de paso pues uno compra boleto para salir a distintos puntos de la república, siempre está limpio, aunque creo que hacen falta bancas para poder sentarse cuando es temporada alta y está muy lleno el lugar.
Hay muchas líneas de autobuses y son cómodos, lo único molesto son los taxistas que están bajando la rampa de llegada o a la salida y están gritando si uno quiere taxi, pues entorpecen el paso, y los que se.encuentran fuera han agredido a servicios de pasajeros privados porque dejan pasaje, y no dejan que uno aborde taxis privados en la terminal, hay que caminar hacia el elektra para poder abordarlos, eso es complicado cuando uno trae maletas.

Tienen lugar de comida, para comprar souvenirs, tienen pequeñas tiendas para poder comprar unos snacks y todo muy limpio, la estaciom tiene internet y te puedes conectar mientras esperas baños limpios todo super bien
