The worst experience with a clinic I've had in four and a half years of our process. We must be begging for information, there is a general atmosphere of tremendous ego that does not allow them to do their job properly, but in a mediocre way. Two of our embryos "degenerated" when thawing, this had never happened to us in Mexico or the United States. A lot of lack of tact, empathy and professionalism. I am sure that there are people who have been successful in this clinic, but it was not our case and it has nothing to do with the fact that we were unable to achieve a pregnancy, because we could not achieve it in the other two clinics we attended (Procrea and RMA NY) and we have no negative opinions about them, we understand that sometimes things do not happen, by God or by nature, but human treatment should not be lacking in a clinic that is dedicated to dealing with such delicate issues as infertility.

My experience at Reprogyn has been excellent! The assistants always very friendly and attentive. Dr Cabra is an excellent doctor. He takes his time explaining every detail of my treatment. Very patient answer all my questions. Our trust was earned from the beginning. We are beginning our treatment and we have no doubt that we are in excellent hands! I recommend him and his team 100%.

I had been keeping my opinion to myself for almost a year, but my personal experience was dismal. The Doctor is a being with little human touch. He told me that my tubes were useless they were useless, with those words, apart from being 3 hours late that day without apologizing, the emotional impact I had was so great that I had 3 months of depression. I asked for a second opinion with INGENES, and when showing all my previous studies they told me that my tubes had no problem, that if the Dr had told me that I had a fibroid, obviously not, since that day he immediately went to his assistant to mention me all costs of assisted reproduction; when the fibroid was pointed out to me by INGENES, it was definitely enormous, occupying a large part of the uterine wall. In the end, they operated on me and the doctor who intervened on me, human quality, beautiful treatment, told me you'll see that in 6 months you can get pregnant naturally, which I was still incredulous. And it was true, I got pregnant naturally, it was wonderful without complications, I thank God for redirecting me to true professionals who care more about one's health than money. What I think is that this Reprogyn clinic would make me pay for a very expensive treatment and at the mere hour I would say that we could not discover something else that will have to be attended to... and then pay for the treatment again. My advice, don't waste your time, look elsewhere. These people are only interested in money $$$$$
