Después de 1 mes de espera y 2 fechas de promesa de recepción de las refacciones sin cumplir, la solución fue ya no contestar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitence de hacer corajes. Son un asco de centro, nunca te dan información verídica de tu carro y su palabra vale menos que nada. Mi carro lleva más de un mes y simplemente no veo proceso en nada de lo que dicen que según han avanzado. No lo traigan por ser "de la zona" de dónde viven, es preferible mejor llevar su carro a otro centro pero que si sea cumplido y comprometido a estar perdiendo el tiempo con esta gente.
Avoid being angry. They are a disgusting center, they never give you true information about your car and their word is worth less than nothing. My car has been over a month and I just don't see a process in anything they say as they have progressed. Do not bring him because he is "from the area" where they live, it is better to take his car to another center but if he is fulfilled and committed to wasting time with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tienen una App con la que según puedes ver el status de tu auto y no la actualizan hasta que te entregan el coche y no dejan los autos bien. Das muchas vueltas y vueltas por detalles, no tienen control de calidad y hacen lo menos posible por tu auto. Además que no es segura la zona si te toca la noche para recoger. Y dejan autos en el exterior.
Terrible service they have an App with which you can see the status of your car and they don't update it until they deliver the car to you and they don't leave the cars well. You go round and round for details, they have no quality control and they do as little as possible for your car. In addition, the area is not safe if you have to pick it up at night. And they leave cars outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni te resuelven nada pesimo servicio, solo te traen de un taller a otro ami me mandaron al de Tláhuac q segun ahi me iban a resolver el mismo dia y nada solo me agendaron dentro de un mes para poder arreglar mi carro, no aseguren su carro con Qalitas.
They don't solve anything for you, terrible service, they just bring you from one workshop to another, they sent me to the one in Tláhuac, which according to what they were going to solve for me the same day and nothing, they just scheduled me for a month to fix my car, don't insure your car with Qalites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal es malo no dan detalle del servicio tienes que estar preguntando sobre el avance, mi coche lo ingrese para reparación de facia y al final terminaron reparando el encendido del coche el control del coche lo maltrataron mucho y perdieron el virlo de seguridad... El gerente de taller buena onda, debería tener más cuidado con su personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Lo llevé por aseguradora de Qualitas y el resultado fue malísimo. Tardaron 1 mes en arreglarlo, te hacen dar seguimkento por una liga, que nunca se actualiza hasta que ya lo tienen para entrega. El color no lo igualaron y 1 semana después de recogerlo, lo llevé a servicio y resulta que nunca arreglaron la falla del clutch que en la hoja de servicio sí la incluía. Recomiendo ir con un mecánico cuando recojan sus autos, porque son fallas que no se notan a simple vista.
Terrible service. I took him through Qualitas insurer and the result was terrible. It took them 1 month to fix it, they make you follow it through a league, which is never updated until they have it for delivery. The color did not match it and 1 week after picking it up, I took it in for service and it turns out that they never fixed the clutch fault that was included in the service sheet. I recommend going to a mechanic when you pick up your cars, because they are faults that are not visible to the naked eye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo casi dos meses esperando que me que reparen mi vehículo entre que no conseguían las piezas y ahora el taller con demoras en la entrega, dos fechas de promesa de entrega incumplidas. ¿Que sigue en donde más me puedo quejar? Por los retrasos no verifique mi vehículo y me van a cobrar multa, taxis y buscar la forma en como me transporto por el pésimo servicio que brindan.
I've been waiting for my vehicle to be repaired for almost two months between not getting the parts and now the workshop with delivery delays, two broken delivery promise dates. What's next where else can I complain? Due to delays, I do not check my vehicle and they will charge me a fine, taxis and find the way in which I transport myself due to the lousy service they provide.
