★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve a esterilizar a dos felinas y las rechazaron por no llegar dentro del horario, sin yo saber cuál es puesto que no marcan uno en específico, además cobran un servicio que es gratuito, pues la esterilización es gratuita e incluso hay carteles de ello y por si fuera poco si eres del municipio cobran 150 pero si tú INE dice que eres de otro municipio te cobran 350, prácticamente lo mismo que en un veterinario oarticular. No recomiendo ir.
Terrible service, take two felines to be sterilized and they refused them for not arriving within the schedule, without knowing what it is since they do not mark a specific one, they also charge a service that is free, since sterilization is free and there are even signs of and if that were not enough, if you are from the municipality they charge 150 but if you INE says that you are from another municipality they charge you 350, practically the same as in an oarticular veterinarian. Si van a llevar su mascota a esterilizar llevenla temprano, antes de las 11, solo reciben poca cantidad de mascotas por día, y además debe ir bañado de un día antes si no, no reciben al animalito. A mi me regresaron dos veces a mi perrita ( una por llevarla recien bañada y otra por llegar tarde ) y la verdad que si me moleste un poco por la forma en la que me hablo la doctora. Hasta el oficial que esta en la entrada sabe dirigirse mejor a las personas y explica mejor. ?♂️?
