Esto obliga a que los ciudadanos que recogemos animales abandonados, dejemos de hacerlo por el riesgo de tenerlos sin esterilizar y el costo de operación por vía privada. Colima debe tomar acciones para que no termine esto en un sacrificio ingrato de perros y gatos abandonados que se reproducen rápidamente y causan graves problemas. Es inhumano y por eso pagamos también impuestos. Exijo que las autoridades se responsabilicen. Mi esposo y yo tenemos actualmente 4 perros callejeros anteriormente, hoy adoptados que dejaron de ser problema PÚBLICO porque ya no pueden reproducirse, ni robar alimento o contagiar enfermedades.
