Fui atendido de mala manera, solicité una cotización para un monitoreo de carga microbiana en agua, quedaron de enviármelo a la brevedad y después de una semana aún no cuento con el mismo y por si fuera poco, marco a la línea telefónica, me contestan y me dicen "espere un momento" y me dejan varios minutos colgado en la línea. ¡¡¡Que pena de servicio!!
Terrible service. I was treated badly, I requested a quote for a monitoring of microbial load in water, they agreed to send it to me as soon as possible and after a week I still do not have it and as if that were not enough, I dial the telephone line, they answer me and They tell me "wait a minute" and leave me hanging on the line for several minutes. What a shame of service !!

Terrible service, they delayed our requested results several times and did not give us timely answers ... I do not recommend them.
