★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que es un centro donde las personas que ahí trabajan están capacitadas para dar atención y orientar hacia una mediación; pues debo decir que la atención es fatal. Tienen cero nivel de empatía y cero calidad de servicio.
Nos tuvieron esperando dos horas para que al final nos enviaran de vuelta al juzgado.
It is supposed to be a center where the people who work there are trained to give attention and guide towards mediation; Well, I must say that attention is fatal. They have zero level of empathy and zero quality of service.
They kept us waiting for two hours to finally be sent back to court.
