★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ceremonia inaugural fue encabezada hoy por la presidenta del Sistema DIF Puerto Vallarta, María de Jesús López Delgado y el alcalde de la ciudad, Luis Alberto Michel Rodríguez, quiénes en conjunto con todos los invitados, hicieron un recorrido por las instalaciones del Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario "La Montaña". Es un área bastante amplia, que además de zonas de esparcimiento y juegos infantiles, alberga muchas aulas, dónde se impartirán talleres de manualidades, piñatas, guitarra, terapia spa (masajes), computación, velas y jabones, canto, pintura, cocina internacional, barbería, teatro, cultura de belleza, corte de pelo, peinado, corte y confección, repostería, braile, inglés, regularización INEA, maquillaje, uñas, alimentos y bebidas, reparación de electrodomésticos y huertos comunitarios, entre otros.
Asimismo cuentan con consultorio de nutrición, de psicología, espacios de usos múltiples, cancha de basquetbol techada, zona de asadores, una cancha de fútbol, entre varias de las facilidades que ofrece al público en general, se comentó que para algunos de los cursos se cuenta con el apoyo del IDEFT y de la Universidad de Guadalajara.
