Quedan en una cosa y nunca cumplen, entiendo que es un servicio que uno solicita pero no tienen que jugar con el tiempo y el trabajo de las personas
 Terrible Administrative Service.
They remain in one thing and never comply, I understand that it is a service that one requests but they do not have to play with people's time and work

In my experience it is a pretty good place, always clean and attentive to the little ones or at least in the room where my son is, the staff is very professional.

Estoy muy decepcionada del nuevo personal y de la falta de compromiso que tienen con los padres de familia y con los niños. Definitivamente ya no la recomendaría para nada.
As of the new administration, the nursery's performance and professionalism dropped dramatically.
I am very disappointed in the new staff and their lack of commitment to parents and children. I would definitely not recommend it at all anymore.
