Después de una colangioresonancia no pasaron la información al disco y no se hicieron responsables de su error. Tuve que comprarles el disco nuevamente y pagar los gastos de traslado por mi cuenta. La atención telefónica es pésima; arrogantes, distraídos y prepotentes.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traje a un paciente de la tercera edad muy delicado de otro municipio como a 2 horas del puerto de veracruz con cita a las 5 pm, se la cambiaron a las 6pm y al final lo pasaron a las 7 pm. Tantita consideración y humanismo hacia los pacientes y mas si son pacientes vulnerables como los de la tercera edad.

Los protocolos sanitarios para el ingreso son bien definidos, hay una ruta de ingreso y otra de salida, que permite a los visitantes tener la certeza de mantenerse bien cuidados.
Me gusta que la atención dentro de las instalaciones es muy amable, las señoritas de recepción te ayudan en el proceso y despejan cualquier duda.
La sala de espera es amplia, hay que recordar el uso de cubrebocas durante la espera y el personal encargado te va llamando por tu nombre para ser atendidos.
Las citas también se pueden solicitar vía telefónica o cualquier aclaración por ese medio, es conveniente acudir solo el paciente y si requiere ayuda puede acudir con el cuidar principal.
Los tiempos de atención son relativamente moderados, no se aglomera la gente y las instalaciones son muy limpias y organizadas.
