★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una cita para un estudio, me la dieron el 16 a las 9:30, llegue puntual hice el pago(completo) , no me aplicaron el recuento que el Dr ofrece por no haber llevado el flyer; después me tuvieron esperando 40min para pasarme alegando que mi cita era a las 10; no respetan el tiempo ni las citas de las demás personas. Mi cita era 9:30 no 10:20 y no había más pacientes en ese estudio como para ponerlos de pretexto; simplemente es una falta de profesionalismo de ética no respetar el tiempo de los pacientes.
Las recepcionistas pésimas en actitud y solución de problemas. No vuelvo a realizarme estudios ahí.
I made an appointment for a study, they gave it to me on the 16th at 9:30, I arrived on time I made the payment (full), they did not apply the count that the Dr offers for not having brought the flyer; then they kept me waiting 40 minutes to pass me claiming that my appointment was at 10; they don't respect other people's time or appointments. My appointment was 9:30 not 10:20 and there were no more patients in that study to be used as a pretext; it is simply a lack of ethical professionalism not to respect patients' time.
The receptionists lousy in attitude and problem solving. I will not study there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más o menos, ayer me tomé unos estudios. Pregunté cuánto tiempo se tardarían en estar los resultados pues eran urgentes. Me dijeron que en una hora. A las dos horas me enviaron sólo los resultados de un estudio. Llamé por la mañana para pedir que me enviaran los otros resultados a mi correo y nada. Acabo de llamar de nuevo para solicitar mis resultados. A ver si ahora sí me los mandan. Imagínense cuánto se tardarían en mandarme los resultados si no hubieran sido urgentes. Muy mal. Es la salud de la gente con la que juegan al no entregar los resultados cuando deben.
Actualizo, ya cerraron y no me mandaron nada.
More or less, yesterday I took some studies. I asked how long it would take for the results to be in as they were urgent. They told me that in an hour. Within two hours they sent me only the results of one study. I called in the morning to ask for the other results to be sent to my email and nothing. I just called again to request my results. Let's see if they send them to me now. Imagine how long it would take to send me the results if they weren't urgent. Very bad. It is the health of the people they play with by not delivering the results when they should.
I update, they already closed and they did not send me anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te envian tus resultados de estudios a ningun correo, y si llamas para que te los envien ni si quiera los envian, tampoco respetan los horarios de las citas, yo espere una hora para que me atendieran a pesar de tener ya cita agendada
They don't send your study results to any email, and if you call to have them sent to you they don't even send them, they don't respect appointment times either, I waited an hour for them to attend me despite already having an appointment scheduled
