★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de sus ejecutivos muy bien, pero la espera para recibir el producto es exagerada, me tarde mas de 2 hrs en sala de espera y cuando tocó mi turno me tardaron más de media hora en el almacén que porque no encontraban mis cajas. Es EXAGERADO el tiempo de espera para recibir lo que uno compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene mucho material de dónde escojer y decorar tu casa como quieres, pero no cuenta con todos, así que eso le resta estrellas, la atención es buena, solo que hay que ir bien vestido porque atienden mejor, lo importante, son los pisos, accesorios, etc. Vale la pena cada peso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio es muy grosero estamos en semáforo verde puedes entrar a plazas escuelas con cubre bocas pero en este lugar el guardia me trató como un criminal le expliqué que trabajo en un hospital tomando las muestras covid-19 como químico no me dejó pasar a mi hijo aún con su cubre bocas y luego vi a un niño ahí adentro en fin creo que deberían mejorar su atención ya que les compré una cantidad por la cual su servicio fue pecimo.

Así que mejor compren allí mismo y allí mismo recojan su compra por lo que ví en la hoja de pago también tienen envíos. En cuanto atención buena, primero te dan que rindes por toda la tienda para que decidas y después te preguntan y te sugieren. Es mejor llevar anotado canuto mide nuestro espacio a remodelar para que ellos te digan cuántas cajas necesitas.
