★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene muchas áreas de entrenamiento, lo único malo esque el área de sppining tiene muy pocas bicicletas entonces hay que llegar temprano para apartarla o hay muchas en mal estado.
It has many training areas, the only bad thing is that the sppining area has very few bicycles so you have to arrive early to get rid of it or there are many in poor condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old school gym so everything is quite used but they do have a good variety of equipment for a small city. It gets pretty hot and crowded. Some machines are really not comfortable to use. Still able to get a very nice workout in while being there
