Ojo! Antes que nada quiero aclarar que al final de todo si obtuve mi envío pero no de la manera que esperaba ... realicé un envío de una televisión y antes de enviarla llené (coloqué más de 10 estampillas de “Frágil” alrededor de la caja aparte de llenar el artículo con papel burbuja chico y dos capas de burbuja grande. Pedí también que les colocaran las etiquetas de frágil justo para que no sucediera lo qué pasó... Después de estar seguro que mi envío iba a ser tratado como frágil ya habiendo pedido de manera muy amable a la persona que me atendió ... me llevé con la sorpresa de al momento que la persona lo recibió me comenta que parece que las cajas las han aventado y golpeado para que llegaran en ese estado (ver fotos) o sea no solamente no las trataron como frágiles, sino parecen literal haberlas golpeado ... ¿este es el servicio que ofrecen? Les recomiendo usar DHL mil veces
Eye! First of all I want to clarify that at the end of everything I did get my shipment but not in the way I expected ... I made a shipment of a television and before sending it I filled it out (I placed more than 10 "Fragile" stamps around the box separately of filling the article with small bubble paper and two layers of large bubble. I also asked that they put the fragile labels on them just so that what happened would not happen ... After being sure that my shipment was going to be treated as fragile, having asked the person who attended me in a very kind way ... I was surprised at the moment the person received it, he told me that it seems that the boxes were they have thrown and beaten so that they arrive in that state (see photos) that is, not only did they not treat them as fragile, but they seem literally to have beaten them ... is this the service they offer? I recommend using DHL a thousand times

Fui con algo de recelo por los malos reviews que he visto de este lugar pero era el que me quedaba de camino, el lugar es pequeño no creo que puedan manejar paquetes grandes yo deje uno de 1.5m y 4kg y como que le dudaron pero me atendieron súper bien y rápido las dos chicas que atendían hoy en la mañana, para envíos bien, entregas no tengo experiencia con este centro
I went with some suspicion for the bad reviews that I have seen of this place but it was the one that was on my way, the place is small I do not think they can handle large packages I left one of 1.5m and 4kg and as they doubted but they attended to me super good and fast the two girls who attended this morning, for good shipments, deliveries I have no experience with this center

Daniel must be the worst FedEx employee ever. I stopped by to ask if they provide a service and he said they didn't but assured me another FedEx, that he gave me the address for, did provide that service. I asked repeatedly if he was certain and he assured me over and over he was. So I drove to the other faraway location and nope they don't provide that service. I think Daniel just wanted to get me out of his shop and was too lazy to call the other location and confirm. Easier, for HIM, to just lie to the customer. You are the worst Daniel, and FedEx. == Daniel debe ser el peor empleado de FedEx de todos los tiempos. Me detuve para preguntar si brindan un servicio y él dijo que no, pero me aseguró que otro FedEx, que me dio la dirección, proporcionó ese servicio. Le pregunté repetidamente si estaba seguro y me aseguró una y otra vez que lo estaba. Así que conduje hasta la otra ubicación lejana y no, no brindan ese servicio. Creo que Daniel solo quería sacarme de su tienda y fue demasiado perezoso para llamar a la otra ubicación y confirmar. Para ÉL, es más fácil simplemente mentirle al cliente. Eres el peor Daniel y FedEx.

Una sola persona atendiendo. Pedí asesoría sobre una devolución de producto y sin más, cerró la caja dejando fuera los documentos que tenían que estar adentro. Pedí un comprobante de envío y me dijeron que como estaba pagado, no me podían dar nada, que tomara una foto del envío!!!
One person serving. I asked for advice on a product return and without further ado, he closed the box leaving out the documents that had to be inside. I asked for a proof of shipment and they told me that since it was paid, they couldn't give me anything, that I should take a photo of the shipment!!!
