★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo realizaron 2 visitas aunque indicaron que realizarían una 3a visita.
Yo deje de salir a .is actividades cotidianas esperándolos desde las 8 A.M. hasta las 8 P.M.
Y jamás llego la 3er visita y solo me notificaron que mi envío ya se encontraba de regreso en CDMX.
Pésimo servicio y falta de comunicacion.
 They only made 2 visits, although they indicated that they would make a 3rd visit.
I stopped going out to .is daily activities waiting for them from 8 A.M. Until 8 pm.
And the 3rd visit never arrived and they only notified me that my shipment was already back in CDMX.
Terrible service and lack of communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tres días para entregarme un paquete , solo llaman una vez y si uno no contesta se van! No se esperan ni un minuto, y aparte dicen que llaman varias veces y envían mensajes, mentira.
Terrible service, three days to deliver a package, they only call once and if you don't answer they leave! They don't wait a minute, and apart from that they say they call several times and send messages, a lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo que la página de Internet diga que está abierto los sábados y cuando llegas está cerrado. Me refiero a la sucursal de Bernardo Quintana Querétaro.
Too bad that the website says that it is open on Saturdays and when you arrive it is closed. I am referring to the branch of Bernardo Quintana Querétaro.

Good service. You can ask the UPS employee to wrap your package and leave it well protected. Attentive and fast.
