 Bad service, they don't call to coordinate delivery, they just say "We couldn't find it at home. We'll try again the next business day." and you keep waiting. Appalling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que asco de paqueteria, ni con un mapa ubican tu dirección, ni siquiera hacen por llarmarte, las otras compañias de envios son mas eficientes, mil veces mejor y mas rapido Fedex, Estafeta e incluso la que es de Mercadolibre.
Empleados inútiles.
What a disgusting parcel, not even with a map they locate your address, they don't even do to call you, the other shipping companies are more efficient, a thousand times better and faster Fedex, Estafeta and even the one from Mercadolibre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio,llevo más de 1 semana esperando un paquete de la cdmx y nunca encuentran la dirección, pedí que no saliera a ruta para recogerlo yo misma y me dijeron que estaba en esta sucursal cuando fui me salieron con que ahí no estaba que era en otra , al llegar a la otra que tampoco estaba ahí pero que sin falta al siguiente día me lo llevarían a mi domicilio y ya pasaron otros 2 días y no llega, volví a pedir que no salga a ruta para recogerlo y me dijeron que si, más tarde me marcaron para decirme que mi paquete estaría en la otra sucursal "business express" luego me volvieron a marcar para decirme que estaba en cdmx y por último que se habían equivocado que si estaba en esta sucursal de Villahermosa de av plomo, es una total falta de logística y profesionalismo, pesimo servicio cero recomendable
Terrible service, I have been waiting for a package from Mexico City for more than 1 week and they never find the address, I asked not to go out on the road to pick it up myself and they told me I was at this branch when I went they left me with that it was not there that it was in Another, when I got to the other one that was not there either but that without fail the next day they would take it to my home and another 2 days have passed and it does not arrive, I asked again not to go out on the road to pick it up and they said yes, later they dialed me to tell me that my package would be at the other branch "business express" then they dialed me again to tell me that it was in cdmx and finally that they had made a mistake that if it was at this branch of Villahermosa of av lead, it is a total lack of logistics and professionalism, very bad service, zero recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan los telefonos. Me enviaron un paquete (nacional) desde el 23 de diciembre y nunca me lo entregaron. En los detalles del rastreo dice "domicilio incorrecto" o que "contactaron al destinatario para mas detalles", lo cual es falso, la direccion fue registrada a detalle y hasta con referencias, y nunca se pusieron en contacto conmigo. Pesimo servicio, no merecen ni una estrella.
They don't answer the phones. They sent me a package (domestic) since December 23 and it was never delivered. In the tracking details it says "wrong address" or that "the recipient was contacted for more details", which is false, the address was recorded in detail and even with references, and they never contacted me. Horrible service, they don't deserve a star.
