Pandemic or not, this is criminal.
Returned an item to US, and getting help was IMPOSSIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, had a rush shipment to Florida and lacked paperwork for.y account and they showed no record, but made me at home while they sorted things our , git the package wrapped and out the door and me shortly behind it on the way back to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just returned from UPS Puerto Vallarta and my experience was definitely 5 stars…Both Anna and José at the receiving counter were extremely helpful and polite…UPS can certainly be pleased to have these two employees be the face of the company in our area..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place can be a real win or a real bust depending on who is working . My first visit was worth 1 star, the guy was so difficult. Today the woman was AMAZING! She gets 5 stars, so lets settle on 3 stars overall.

I found the staff there to be courteous and very helpful..UPS can certainly be proud of the exceptional employees they put up front as their customer service representatives. Don’t hesitate to use their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shipping Company in the world. I have had to use them 3 times from different online companies including amazon. After waiting 3 weeks to a month for delivery , items were returned undeliverable. No one tries to contact me to make the delivery, I just get an email saying to update the address. After updating and sending a link to google maps they still claim the address is incorrect. Other companies like DHL can deliver to the address without problem.
