★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una asquerosidad !!!! Mande un paquete de Cancún a Ciudad de México, trajes de baño y un reloj y me robaron media mercancía junto con el reloj y la cinta rota !!! Aparte te mandan solo a levantar un reporte y la sucursal no te ayudan a nada
 They are disgusting!!!! I sent a package from Cancun to Mexico City, bathing suits and a watch and they stole half of my merchandise along with the watch and the broken belt!!! Besides, they only send you to file a report and the branch does not help you at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have use UPS extensively and never until Cancun the service quality failed and it refelcts on the reviews as well, perhaps UPS Headquarters would like to revise performance as once the parcel is in Mexico all bets are off in regards to the usual on time, no hassle delivery system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible ... couldn't find the hotel I was staying at. Then when the hotel stay explained it to them they promised it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't. Then no one responded to my emails. Will never use UPS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used FedEx instead of UPS to ship a small package of supplements from Cuernavaca to Cancun. In Cuernavaca I was told I had to pay to ship it to where I live, Puerto Morelos, so I did. The package did not come to my house; I checked continuously on the website tracking. After 4 days, the website said I had to pick up the package in Cancun. The place I was told to go was an industrial area; the FedEx office was a tiny cage where a woman clerk was entertaining her self with a fellow. Eventually, she told me she'd have to have someone bring the packet from the warehouse. NEVER AGAIN, FedEX. In the US, UPS is a union shop. FedEx is not. I support unions.
