V	VANIA BAEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio paga uno para que se lo envíen al domicilio ?, tiene que recogerlo uno mismo ? y aparte le quedo uno super retirado, actualizado pase hoy a recoger el paquete y ni siquiera pidieron identificación cualquier persona que hubiera recogido ese papel se puede llevar el paquete, que mal servicio y aparte el estacionamiento estaba lleno pero el negocio vacío, deberian de correr esa gente que esta encargada Terrible service, one pays to have it sent to your home ?, you have to pick it up yourself ? and apart from that you have a super retired one, updated today to pick up the package and they did not even ask for identification anyone who had collected that paper can take the package, what a bad service and apart from that the parking lot was full but the business was empty, those people who are in charge should run
J	Jose Hdz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes UPS de calle Lewis era mi paquetería favorita, siempre respondían mis llamadas y los envíos llegaban a tiempo en la fecha indicada, aveces hasta en la noche pero llegaban, hoy después de tiempo volví a pedir un paquete que era muy muy urgente por UPS (refacción muy importante) porque nunca me habían fallado los elegí, traté de llamar y ya jamás contestaron en la sucursal de donde salen los repartidores, indague en los comentarios y veo que ya IGNORAN a sus clientes como las otras compañías y solo puedes llamar al 01800… ahí no arreglas nada siempre te mienten para darte el avión, mi pedido debió llegar hoy y como antes confiaba ciegamente en ellos me dediqué a esperar pero pues ya vi que no es la misma administración, el paquete tampoco llegó aunque decía que ya estaba aquí en aguascalientes, según el 01800 ya estaba en reparto y pues nada que llegó… Muy mal, ni hablar.
