★ ★ ★ ★ ★ United Parcel Service es el mejor servicio de Mensajería de todo México, es uno de los mejores del mundo. Pará envíos internacionales no hay una mejor opción. Sus precios no son tan caros como uno pudiera pensar. La atención es inigualable. Supera con creces a FEDEX, a Estafeta, a DHL... Vale totalmente la pena enviar por UPS, la entrega a tiempo y en excelente estado de las cosas que uno manda son su mejor carta de presentación.
United Parcel Service is the best Courier service in all of Mexico, it is one of the best in the world. For international shipments there is no better option. Their prices are not as expensive as one might think. The attention is unmatched. It far exceeds FEDEX, Estafeta, DHL ... It is totally worth sending by UPS, the delivery on time and in excellent condition of the things one sends are your best letter of introduction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Indica una fecha y lo envían en otra completamente distinta. Cuando pasaron ni siquiera tocaron la puerta (había gente en mi domicilio atenta para la recepción del paquete), directamente dejaron la notita de que ya pasaron.
En ninguna ocasión llamó por teléfono el repartidor para indicar había llegado. Hasta los servicios de paquetería más pequeños siempre se comunican.
Terrible service. Indicate a date and they send it on a completely different date. When they passed by, they didn't even knock on the door (there were people at my home listening to the reception of the package), they directly left the note that they had already passed.
On no occasion did the delivery man call to indicate he had arrived. Even the smallest parcel services always communicate.
