★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dicen que no se localiza el domicilio o que no hay nadie para recibir, pero jamás se comunican con el cliente para notificarle, pues según ellos no ofrecen ese servicio, (hasta correos de México te llama si no hay quien reciba el paquete en el momento de su visita) y la única opción que dan es reprogramar la entrega para el siguente día a la hora que se les de la gana en un horario de 9:00 a 22:00 o de plano que el cliente pase a recolectar su paquete a las oficinas.
 Terrible service, they say that the address is not located or that there is no one to receive, but they never communicate with the client to notify him, because according to them they do not offer that service, (even mails from Mexico call you if there is no one to receive the package at the time of your visit) and the only option they give is to reschedule the delivery for the next day at the time they feel like it at a time from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. or when the client picks up Your package to the offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, es la peor paquetería que existe en la ciudad, los repartidores no se preocupan por buscar los domicilio, nunca los encuentran por mas grande que este sea, y no te marcan para preguntar aunque des tu numero. ademas de un muy mal servicio de atención al cliente de parte de las personas del mostrador

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, avisan por correo que entregaron el paquete y cuando llamas para saber a quién se lo dieron resulta que las muchachas de mostrador son las que firmaron de recibido y que lo tinenen ellas allí aún cuando era para domicilio.
los repartidores nunca encuentran el domicilio, aunque este abarque casi una cuadra, es la única paquetería con la que siempre que me envían tengo problemas y recibo los paquetes 3 o hasta 4 días después de la fecha de compromiso.
Terrible service, they notify by mail that they delivered the package and when you call to find out who they gave it to, it turns out that the counter girls are the ones who signed for receipt and that they have it there even when it was for home delivery.
the delivery people never find the address, although it covers almost a block, it is the only parcel with which whenever they send me I have problems and I receive the packages 3 or up to 4 days after the commitment date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi paquete dejaron una nota que volverían y nada... El sábado lo tienen de horario laboral en Maps pero en oficina no abren, el día de hoy lunes fui a recoger el paquete y tampoco abrieron. Parece paquetería chica.
Terrible service, my package left a note that they would return and nothing... On Saturday they have it during working hours in Maps but they don't open in the office, today Monday I went to pick up the package and they didn't open either. It looks like a small package.
