★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atencion, sin rodeos, necesitaba enviar un paquete en menos de 40 minutos o perdia mi vuelo, en las demas paqueteriaspedian un rollo, aqui llegue y la muchacha que me atendio en 15 minutos me resolvio todo, incluso un problema con mi tarjeta me presto efectivo y le transferi a su cuenta, un excelente sentido del servicio, llegue a tiempo a mi vuelo y mi paquete a su destino sin tantos rodeos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre andan acelerados. No revisan el airway bill sino q asumen q porque algo va a EU necesitan requisitos extra y luego ven tu documento y se dan cuenta q te hicieron dar varias vueltas y no necesitabas los extras. Falta mas organización y estructura.
They are always accelerated. They do not review the airway bill but rather that they assume that because something is going to the US they need extra requirements and then they see your document and realize that they made you do several laps and you did not need the extras. More organization and structure are lacking.
