★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el mes pasado tuve una pésima experiencia con esta paquetería. Resulta que realicé una compra por internet en Liverpool de un reloj Fossil Tailor y cuando me llega el paquete, sorpresa! Sólo se encontraba la caja SIN LOS ARTICULOS que debía contener. Lo siguiente fue llamar a Liverpool para una reposición de mi pedido y se realizó físicamente en Galerías Campeche ya que no quise que me lo enviaran otra vez por esta paquetería.
Mi consejo es verificar la integridad y el contenido de los paquetes antes de firmar de recibido al mensajero, de ser posible grabarlo en vídeo para futuras aclaraciones.
Con esta pésima experiencia si UPS fuera la única empresa de paquetería disponible, en verdad lo pensaría muchísimas veces antes de emplearla.
In the past month I had a terrible experience with this package. It turns out that I made an online purchase in Liverpool of a Fossil Tailor watch and when the package arrives, surprise! Only the box was found WITHOUT THE ITEMS it should contain. The next thing was to call Liverpool for a replenishment of my order and it was physically carried out in Galerías Campeche since I did not want to be sent it again by this parcel.
My advice is to check the integrity and the contents of the packages before signing the receipt to the courier, if possible to record it on video for future clarification.
With this lousy experience if UPS were the only parcel company available, you would really think about it many times before hiring it.
