★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta cuarentena el servicio es lento y cualquier pedido se retresa 1 semana por lo menos, tuve q ir en persona para que me dijeran esto, mi pedido se entregaba ayer, pero ahora dicen que dentro de 1 semana mas llega, o que yo mismo vaya por el mañana, aparte de la demora la atención fue amable y buena.
 In this quarantine the service is slow and any order is delayed for at least 1 week, I had to go in person to be told this, my order was delivered yesterday, but now they say that within 1 week it arrives, or that I myself go in the morning, apart from the delay the attention was kind and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El paquete ordenado llegó antes de lo previsto a mi domicilio, se comunicaron con migo vía telefónica para decirme en donde podría pasar por el paquete, sin problemas pasé a la sucursal indicada y en menos de 5 minutos lo entregaron.
The ordered package arrived earlier than expected at my address, they contacted me by phone to tell me where I could go for the package, without problems I went to the indicated branch and in less than 5 minutes they delivered it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me llamaron 2 días diferentes, en ambos me dijeron que entregarían el paquete, cosa que no ha ocurrido. Llamo para información del envío y nadie responde aunque el teléfono suena y suena. Pésimo servicio y desde antes ya tengo experiencia con la mala atención de los operadores.
They called me 2 different days, on both they told me that they would deliver the package, which has not happened. I call for shipping information and no one answers even though the phone rings and rings. Terrible service and from before I already have experience with the bad attention of the operators.
