★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, no tienen horario corrido, no abren los sábados. Es mejor DHL, Fedex e incluso hasta Estafeta. Usen alguna de las anteriores.
 Very bad service, they do not have a regular schedule, they do not open on Saturdays. DHL, Fedex and even Estafeta is better. Use any of the above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un robo lo que cobran. Pague casi 90 dolares por mandar de Salem Oregon a Durango 3 libros pequeños, 2 dvds y un paquete de tarjetas, los cuales equivalen al tamaño de una carpeta con un peso 5 libras maximo. Al llegar el paquete a esta tienda, todavia cobraron 60 dolares por entregar el paquete.
NO LE RECOMIENDO A NADIE EN EL EXTRANGERO O EN DURANGO QUE UTILIZEN ESTA TIENDA DE UPS O EL SERVICIO UPS.
It's a steal what they charge. Pay almost 90 dollars for sending 3 small books, 2 dvds and a pack of cards from Salem Oregon to Durango, which equals the size of a folder with a maximum weight of 5 pounds. When the package arrived at this store, they still charged 60 dollars for delivering the package.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE AT THE EXTRANGERO OR DURANGO USING THIS UPS STORE OR THE UPS SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, no contestan el teléfono... me enviaron un documento u según llegó el día 3 de abril a Durango y es hora que no lo entregan hoy 6 de abril.
Bad service, they do not answer the phone ... they sent me a document as it arrived in Durango on April 3 and it is time that they do not deliver it today, April 6.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal, no atienden el telefono, cierran sabados, cierran 2 pm y vuelven a abrir a las 4 pm. Todo bien hasta que lis paquetes llegan a la oficina de Durango
Too bad, they don't answer the phone, they close on Saturdays, close 2 pm and reopen at 4 pm. All good until the packages arrive at the Durango office
