★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tipejo que esta en el mostrador sin autorizacion abre los paquetes que vayas a mandar a pesar de declararlo con facturas y documentos… enviar un articulo nuevo por UPS!? IMPENSABLE! Con el tema del covid trato que NADIE toque mis pertenencias… entre ellos los mensajeros! Para que revisar lo que digo que estoy enviando? Se supone que tienen perros entrenados en el aeropuerto en caso de drogas! Y finalmente si se pierde el paquete me lo van a reponer? Esta tremenda la situacion con UPS! NO CONTRATEN CON ELLOS
 The guy who is at the counter without authorization opens the packages that you are going to send despite declaring it with invoices and documents ... send a new item by UPS !? UNTHINKABLE! With the issue of the covid I try that NOBODY touches my belongings ... among them the messengers! Why check what I say I am sending? They are supposed to have drug-trained dogs at the airport! And finally, if the package is lost, will they replace it? The situation with UPS is tremendous! DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo tienen un trabajador atendiendo y se tardan mucho, no se por que no tienen mas personal que les apoye. Con cada recepcion de paquete mas de 15 min por persona.
They only have one worker attending and they take a long time, I don't know why they don't have more staff to support them. With each package reception more than 15 min per person.

Te asesoran muy bien, a parte embalan y tratan muy bien los paquetes. En febrero tienen promoción de descuento, me agradó el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer me iban a entregar un paquete pero no me encontraba, me dejaron una nota que hoy sábado 12 de marzo del 2022 podría pasar a recogerlo en calz. De la viga 862, fuí a ese dimicilio y estaba cerrado, de que se trata ojalá hubiera más seriedad y responsabilidad en esa empresa. Supuestamente hay un horario de las 09:00 a las 14:30 pero está cerrado, pura pérdida de tiempo
Yesterday they were going to deliver a package to me but I couldn't find it, they left me a note that today, Saturday, March 12, 2022, I could pick it up in calz. From beam 862, I went to that address and it was closed, what is it about? I wish there were more seriousness and responsibility in that company. Supposedly there is a schedule from 09:00 to 14:30 but it is closed, pure waste of time
