★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Luis at Cancun centro location to help me locate my package which was 4 days late. Very rude and ignorant, lied and said package was on hold when it was not. He told me to call customer service and gave me a fake number. Investigation has been opened and quite certain he will be fired. Beware of using UPS in Cancun as this location is corrupted.
