I sent a package to Mexico, from which this company stole 2 cell phones, a perfume and a jersey from the cowboys, they told me they would do the investigation so they would have to pick up the package again, but for my safety I told them parents who will take video of what it would take again, days later go to my parents' house to pick up the package to do the "investigation" but oooh surprise the package never left the city of Torreón since day after day we verified the tracking, Yesterday the UPS truck arrived to leave the package to my parents' house and another not pleasant surprise, there were 3 more items missing. To this day NOBODY has given me solution to these robberies, I have spoken with more than 7 agents and they only tell me that the claim is made, but I really do not think they give a solution because it is the second time that they SUSTRAEN !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

The worst in parcels, and they do not have a good answer, my package comes from Mexico to Torreón to deliver to Matamoros Coahuila the packages that go to Matamoros deliver them from Torreón de México left to San Luis and from San Luis to Torreón but they cannot deliver to Matamoros less talk so that the person goes to the branch they sent him to San Luis and from San Luis to Monterrey so that from Monterrey they come to deliver it seems to me something meaningless urges me my package and they bring it walking
