★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan buen servicio servirán en Estados Unidos pero en Monterrey es la peor paquetería las entregas rápidas las demoran hasta 4 días hábiles por que no trabajan fines de semana así es que si algo te urge sería más fácil llevarlo tú mismo
They do not give good service, they will work in the United States, but in Monterrey it is the worst package, fast deliveries take up to 4 business days because they do not work on weekends, so if something is urgent, it would be easier to take it yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siendo sincero es un lugar pésimo donde dejen tus paquetes ya que no abren Sábado y Domingo. Además de el cobro super caro y que no llaman siquiera al llegar al domicilio, ni tocan la puerta al parecer, yo estuve en casa todo el día y solo dejaron la nota pegada a mi puerta. Pésimo servicio de UPS.
To be honest, it is a lousy place to leave your packages since they do not open on Saturday and Sunday. In addition to the super expensive charge and that they do not even call when they arrive at the home, nor do they knock on the door apparently, I was at home all day and they only left the note stuck to my door. Lousy UPS service.

El servicio es excelente. Personal capacitado, rápido y amable. Muy limpio el local. El horario de atención es el adecuando. Recomendado para envíos nacionales.
Excellent place to ship. It reopened its doors to the public at the beginning of December 2019. Account at the moment with discount on shipments for reopening. The service is excellent. Trained, fast and friendly staff. The place is very clean. The opening hours are adequate. Recommended for domestic shipments.
