★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eh tenido bastantes problemas con la paquetería, un día me dicen que no me encontraron en mi domicilio (cuando no eh salido desde el mes de marzo de mi domicilio debido al covid) al siguiente día me dicen que no pudo entregar el paquete por qué mi dirección estaba incompleta. Ósea como llegaron el primer día y el segundo ya no por qué esta incompleta la dirección. Total incongruencia. Al día siguiente me vuelven a decir que otra ves no me encontraron en mi domicilio cuando prácticamente estuve desde las 11 hasta las 7 de la noche pegada a la puerta. Y hoy es el 4to día que sigo en espero y hasta el momento no llegan.
Eh reportado más de 2 veces y me contesta una señorita agresiva diciendo que su sistema dice que el paquete salió desde la mañana. Pésimo servicio.

And today is the 4th day that I am still waiting and so far they have not arrived.
I have reported more than 2 times and an aggressive lady answers me saying that her system says that the package left since the morning. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan horrores, el chico que está me atendió con una pésima actitud. Mal servicio. Además tuve que ir a recoger ahí, porque aunque me cobraron envío hasta mi domicilio, resultó que me cambiaron una semana la fecha de entrega y me urgía mi paquete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, pésimo diría, me dejaron una nota en el portón en la parte de afuera y un vecino al abrir la vio y la ingresó a la parte de adentro!!diciendo que no me encontraba cuando no he salido para nada, ni siquiera a la tienda y ni siquiera tuvieron la atención de hacer una llamada y me dejan esa hojita donde dicen que además debo de impuestos no se que, me trajeron de DHL y me llaman y me lo entregan en la mano y no se debe nada, ya uno al solicitarlo se hacen todos los cargos de impuestos y traslados nunca , me habían mandado nada por este empresucha, también de mercado libre me han traído cosas y no me cobran nada, no se de que se trate ni donde este mi pedido!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad está muy bien, tienen todo lo necesario para enviar tus paquetes, el servicio fue muy amable y rápido, la verdad recomiendo esta sucursal, lo único malo es que a simple vista en el auto es difícil de ver, no hay un letrero grande o vistoso q te indique que están ahí.
