★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un pedido con más de 2 semanas de retraso y cuando llegan a contestar las llamadas es para decirme que debido a que casi no tienen camiones los pedidos se atrasan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio, llevo mas de 15 llamadas y no contestan , a la llamada 16 un mensaje te dice linea ocupada y a la llamada 17 nadie contesta. Es para desaparecer esta empresa.
Terrible Service, I have more than 15 calls and they do not answer, on call 16 a message tells you busy line and on call 17 nobody answers. It is to disappear this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que atienden, pero siempre tienen la puerta cerrada, vine el sábado y dice la señorita del local de enseguida que esta la persona porque está su carro. Ni si quiera para decir que no hay servicio, que falta de enfoque al cliente. Sobre todo el respeto.

Después de 22 llamadas realizadas me contesta una señorita para darme otro numero porque ella no sabe y no puede hacer nada. Marco dicho numero y esta descolgado. Pesimo servicio. Cero recomendado.

Me dijeron que no tenían reporte de mi paquete desde el 04/09/21, ósea que no saben donde esta, que inicie un proceso de rastreo del paquete.
¿Alguien que me pueda ayudar para no perder mi paquete?
It said my package would arrive on 09/07/21, it didn't arrive so I called UPS.
They told me that they had no report of my package since 09/04/21, that is, they do not know where it is, to start a process of tracking the package.
