We were recommended this place by the Ultrasonographer, and the truth is that it is very good and explains everything he is doing, he is very respectful and professional. On the other hand, the clinic leaves a lot to be desired, the waiting room is very exposed and unattended, the toilet, although it is clean, is very small and for someone who has mobility problems, it is not comfortable to help you. The costs are affordable, and the attitude of the staff is good, nothing remarkable, it would not be my first option for any attention, but if I return for an ultrasound.

I had a scheduled surgery, and from the beginning the attention was good. The head nurse treated me very well, her channeling method is good. It did not hurt and the medication administration was perfect. The nurses deliver the patient and explain what medications apply. Very clean areas. The doctor who operated on me was very good at explaining the procedure.

A week ago my daughter was born in this sanatorium, and I decided to go here, since all my nephews were born here, now from my own experience I can tell you that the clinic is quite good in terms of value for money, although there is a nurse in turn a bit edge and genius, in general the attention is good. Terrible service, lack of commitment and professionalism An appointment was scheduled last Thursday with a specialist to be specific with the Neurologist. The receptionist makes an appointment for us at 1pm for Monday, May 17, we arrived at 12:50, the receptionist tells us that the doctor had a problem with his car and that he should arrive at 2pm, we were understanding and returned at 2. And well... here with all the calm in the world the lady tells us that the Doctor has already left because he had an "important commitment" that if he came, that they looked for me but since I was not there he left. And my time is not worth, is not important? I arrived at 12:50, they made me wait another hour, so they could come out with their clowning. An hour's drive, gas, time, money, the good thing is that you don't pay for the $600 consultation until after you've been seen. The cost is high for the poor service they provide, for that I better go to the IMSS where I already know what I'm shooting at.

I will tell you a little about my experience. I took a relative because he was sick, so I only have to say 3 things. 1- The attention is good with the nurses, one or another despotic nurse, even though a fat administrator is very despotic, be careful because when you charge, he tells you that according to paying with a card, it has an extra cost of 5%, be careful, it is a joke. 2- the days of stay are very expensive, they are approximately 14 per day, and out of nowhere they say that you have something wrong and that they want to operate so they take things from you so that you stay there because there are not even people 3- they charge up to 800 per day for oxygen, they charge you even if you don't use it! And if you want to register voluntarily, they condition you that they do not give you a prescription or a medical file, so it is ultimately their decision if they want to come here and I hope it helps them.
