Cuenta con máquinas de peso integrado, así como se peso libre; el área de ejercicios cardiovasculares es muy completa con una jaula y aditamentos para realizar crossfit. En lo que respecta al personal es muy amable y disponible para disipar cualquier duda en cualquier momento de tu rutina; adicionalmente a esto cuenta con un muy buen surtido de suplementos para coadyuvar en la construcción de tu físico.
