★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitio cerrado. Se supone que fue diseñado para albergar las oficinas del gobierno del Estado pero con los cambios de gobierno jamás se logro terminar e inaugurar. No ha sido utilizado ni abierto al público. No tiene una función precisa. No hay oficinas ni nada que atender ahí.
 Closed site It is supposed that it was designed to house the offices of the government of the State but with the changes of government it was never possible to finish and inaugurate. It has not been used or opened to the public. It does not have a precise function. There are no offices or anything to attend there.
