I have met dozens of teacher but he is the only one who knows 99% of whole English rules. While other teachers just know how to speak and write because they just lived in the USA, this guy knows everything because he studied a carrier in the English world!.
He can teach whatever level you can imagine, since preliminary to advance, besides any kind of certification, TOEFL, Cambridge, TOEIC, and so on.
