Cuando me presenté a levantar una denuncia en contra de mi ex pareja por violencia doméstica no me quisieron atender pero acudí a la abogada Lupita Durán y ella hizo que ese mismo dia me dieran una orden de protección en su contra y lo obligaron a abandonar el hogar conyugal. En cuanto me atendieron se portaron super amables conmigo incluso me brindaron alimentos al medio dia ya que desde la mañana me presenté y se dieron cuenta. Les agradezco mucho a quienes me atendieron bien pero también hay unas que parece que estan ahí para obstaculizar el trabajo porque despues una mp me llamo para decirme que la policía me iba a escoltar fuera de mi casa a un albergue, en pánico volvi a acudir a Lupita Duran y lo soluciono! Ya que va en contra de la ley y solo un juez podia dictaminar eso.

As soon as they attended to me, they were super kind to me, they even gave me food at noon, since I showed up in the morning and they noticed. I am very grateful to those who took good care of me but there are also some who seem to be there to hinder my work because later a MP called me to tell me that the police were going to escort me out of my house to a shelter, in panic I went back to Lupita Duran and I solve it! Since it is against the law and only a judge could rule that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron súper bien, me sentí escuchada y protegida, hicieron muy bien su trabajo y muy profesionales. Al poco tiempo ya había policías yendo a mi casa, cumpliendo muy bien su trabajo, y todo se llevó a cabo de manera puntual y acertada. Infinitas gracias. Amé a la psicóloga, no recuerdo su nombre pero no saben cuánto le agradezco, ya que en el poco rato que me atendió, me ayudó muchísimo y me abrió los ojos como nadie lo había podido haber hecho.

Tienen un filtro inicial; a pesar de que mi caso no procede, me entrevistaron y me asesoraron correctamente. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel y el personal que atiende es amable.
