★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente es muy buena agencia, aunque últimamente han tenido atrasos con las entregas y materiales. El servicio de los asesores es bueno y oportuno aunque es difícil contactarlos mediante llamada telefónica debido a la carga de trabajo. Una parte que podrían mejorar sería el contacto vía WhatsApp ya que no es un bot y si necesitas algo urgente, hay un espacio (supongo que para la comida), en el que nadie te atiende y si como cliente lo que buscas es evitar acudir presencialmente o bien sólo realizar una consulta rápida, no es funcional su servicio.
 It is generally a very good agency, although lately they have had delays with deliveries and materials. The advisors' service is good and timely, although it is difficult to contact them by phone due to the workload. One part that could be improved would be the contact via WhatsApp since it is not a bot and if you need something urgent, there is a space (I suppose for food), in which nobody attends to you and if as a client what you are looking for is to avoid going in person or just make a quick query, your service is not functional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones limpias, con las medidas de seguridad sanitarias apropiadas, excelente atención del personal, muy bien ubicada y de muy fácil acceso, cuenta con sanitarios y agua para beber, lastima que los servicios de restauración de autos de siniestro sean muy tardadas y con muchos detalles, que finalmente hablan de que los trabajos son mal realizados y no verificados, en mi caso, mi seguro BBVA lo mandó a reparar con ellos, el proceso tardó 16 semanas ?? y detalle tras detalle. Mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo.
The clean facilities, with the appropriate sanitary security measures, excellent staff attention, very well located and very easy to access, has toilets and drinking water, it hurts that the accident car restoration services are very long and with many Details, which finally speak of the work being poorly performed and not verified, in my case, my BBVA insurance sent it to be repaired with them, the process took 16 weeks ?? and detail after detail. Bad experience. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con plazos de entrega, dicen un día y marcan para decir que no estará listo, que probablemente al día siguiente, vuelven a marcar al día siguiente y dicen que aún no está listo que probablemente el día siguiente. Les llamas para conocer el motivo del retraso y nadie te da información. Había leído críticas al respecto pero decidí confiar en ellos, hoy lastimosamente me doy cuenta de que todas las críticas tenían razón
They do not meet delivery deadlines, they say one day and dial to say that it will not be ready, that it will probably be the next day, they dial again the next day and say that it is not ready yet, probably the next day. You call them to find out the reason for the delay and no one gives you any information. I had read reviews about it but decided to trust them, today unfortunately I realize that all the reviews were right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si se quieren ahorrar corajes y tiempo por un mal trabajo, no vengan.
Pésimo servicio de hojalatería y pintura. Tuvieron mi camioneta 2 semanas para pintar una puerta, dejaron con textura terrosa la pintura y la chapa, cortaron los empaques plásticos en vez de cambiarlos y dejaron pintura blanca al interior de mi puerta (que según ellos venía de agencia ?). Voy a tener que traer de nuevo el auto para que arreglen todo lo que hicieron mal.
If you want to save courage and time for a bad job, don't come.
Lousy body shop and painting service. They had my truck 2 weeks to paint a door, they left the paint and sheet metal with an earthy texture, they cut the plastic packaging instead of changing them and left white paint inside my door (which according to them came from an agency ?). I'm going to have to bring the car back so they can fix whatever they did wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien como siempre. Pero esta vez 4 estrellas ya que su taller proveedor de hojalateria y pintura me desapareció un cable de USB para cargar el celular. No es lo que haya costado el cable,si no la acción del hurto. Ojalá no suceda con alguien más.
All good as always. But this time 4 stars since their body shop and paint supplier disappeared a USB cable to charge my cell phone. It is not what the cable cost, but the action of the theft. I hope it doesn't happen to someone else.

Afortunadamente no he requerido un mantenimiento mayor por lo que no puedo dar mi opinión para estos casos. Porqué doy 3 estrellas por lo molesto es la insistencia de sus vendedoras de servicios extra como la estética automotriz, cómo es posible que el precio de este servicio siempre esté en promoción si lo tienen impreso en unas hijas plastificadas?
Good attention. For preventive maintenance I consider them professional and honest. Fortunately, I have not required major maintenance, so I cannot give my opinion in these cases. Why do I give 3 stars because of how annoying is the insistence of their sellers of extra services such as automotive aesthetics, how is it possible that the price of this service is always on sale if they have it printed on some laminated daughters?
