★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta. Creo que está bien la nueva modalidad de pagar en línea por las clases, pero también estaría bien pagar en el Centro, ya que a veces es imposible pagar con tarjeta o en Oxxo. Independientemente de eso, es un buen lugar para irse adentrando a la meditación y al budismo moderno.

Asistí a su clase con meditación de $75, llegué 10 min. antes para que me dieran alguna instrucción, ya que era la primera vez que iba. Eso sí, antes de otra cosa, primero te cobran y luego checan si puedes pasar.
Faltando 3 minutos para que diera la hora, empieza a llegar gente corriendo y con prisa por pagar y entrar a la clase. Bastante perturbador, si vas precisamente a lo contrario.
Ya dentro del salón, empieza una meditación semi guiada de 15 minutos, después la ‘clase’, que más bien parecen anuncios de todo lo que venden, y cierran con otra meditación casi en silencio.
Personalmente, he encontrado mejores cosas en YouTube y totalmente gratuitas.

Personally, I have found better things on YouTube and totally free.
