★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente el lugar tan elegante debiese ir acorde con una atención humana, ética y con actitud de servicio por parte de toooooodo el personal que ahí labora... y no es así. La atención poco eficiente del personal y su total indiferencia ante las necesidades de los socios... hace muy poco agradable estar ahí. Si por alguna razón no llevas tu catálogo, es INCREÍBLE Y ABSURDO! que no pongan a disposición de todos los "SOCIOS" un catálogo en sus manos dentro de la tienda, para que puedan tomar asiento y darse su tiempo para hacer su pedido con toda tranquilidad.
Aparte de la FALTA DE EMPATIA por parte de las chicas que están detrás de mostrador, cabe hacer mención de la FALTA DE CAPACITACIÓN sobre los productos que ahí se venden, no tiene ni idea...!
Es una pena que se haya ido perdiendo la visión, la misión... bla bla bla y toda la filosofía e intención con la que comenzó ésta marca...
Que pena que no consientan a su grupo de ventas!!!! son los que los han hecho llegar hasta donde están... qué pena!!!!

Apart from the LACK OF EMPATHY on the part of the girls behind the counter, it is worth mentioning the LACK OF TRAINING about the products that are sold there, you have no idea ...!
It's a shame that the vision, the mission ... blah blah blah and all the philosophy and intention with which this brand began ...
Too bad they don't consent to their sales group !!!! They are the ones who have made them get to where they are ... what a shame !!!!
