★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la secretaría, considero que el patólogo tiene renombre como para que tenga ese tipo de ineficiencia de parte de su personal, deben de cumplir con los tiempos y formas de recepción y entrega de resultados, ojalá capaciten a su personal para atender al paciente como se merece

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención y ética, considero no son las más aptas para un sitio relacionado a la salud. Una tía acudió pasado las 20:00 hrs(Sucursal Colón) ,pregunto si le podían realizar un estudio y respondió que si pero que estarían hasta el día siguiente, minutos después confirmamos que si los queríamos realizar (aunque estuvieran hasta el día siguiente) Enseguida la persona le comentó que debido a la hora se cobraba como guardia es decir $160 (aproximadamente) extras y debía pagarlos inmediatamente, preguntamos que a que hora estarían en el consultorio del doctor que lo solicitaba y nos comentaron que a primera hora, a lo que accedimos.Le tomaron la muestra y posteriormente mi tía pidió que si le daban permiso de ingresar al sanitario a lo que respondió:¡SI YA ME ESPERÉ TANTO RATO, QUE MÁS DA UNOS MINUTOS, DESDE LAS SIETE DEBÍ IRME!.
Al salir le pregunté por el comprobante de pago y me dijo; por la hora ya no me lo arroja el sistema. Y al día siguiente cuando llamamos al consultorio del doctor (pasado las 9:30) aún no los tenían, tuvimos que llamar al laboratorio.
Desde mi punto de vista,considero la atención un poco deficiente.
1. Si después de las 19:00 ya no pueden atender, cierren la puerta o digan:ya no puedo recibirlo.
2.Si están prestando el servicio (ustedes trabajan, nosotros pagamos por el servicio) no hay motivo para contestar con enfado.
3.Es un tanto informal y poco profesional no entregar comprobante de pago. Mínimo a mano con una firma, que le dé seriedad y profesionalismo al laboratorio y su personal.
4.Casi puedo asegurar que fueron a llevarlos hasta que hablamos.

From my point of view, I consider the care a bit lacking.
1. If after 19:00 you can no longer attend, close the door or say: I can no longer receive it.
2. If you are providing the service (you work, we pay for the service) there is no reason to answer angrily.
3. It is somewhat informal and unprofessional not to provide proof of payment. Minimum by hand with a signature, which gives seriousness and professionalism to the laboratory and its staff.
4. I can almost assure that they were to take them until we talked.
