The worst experience I have had since they charge in advance and make you sign rules at the beginning and then handle the appointments, schedules, conditions, studies, etc etc at their convenience and you cannot complain because you already signed. In my case, Dr. María Elena Castro Lince, owner of the place and the main specialist, had to have given me the results of the diagnosis and a complete file that includes various studies of my son, since March 2020 in a physical way as well as meeting the final appointments for the explanation and interpretation of it, however to date she has not mentioned me being that she insisted that time was key to start the intervention or treatment, now I realize that the rush was to receive the "money" and that he cares little that my son continues without that intervention that I talk so much about, since 9 months of waiting have already passed. The studies were done on my son in another clinic since they do not have the specialists they say or the necessary equipment to carry out quality studies which they did not accept, forcing me to go to another clinic that surely gives you commission since "eye "It must necessarily be in the one that they tell you because if not, they will not receive your studies for this reason I had to go back to do the studies for my son in the place that that false and arrogant doctor wanted and that is, how is 100% paid at the beginning and its conditions are signed, I had no choice. I do not understand why she does not want to give me something that does not belong to her since it is not only about the evaluation that she prepares but other original medical studies that were given to her to complement that diagnosis. Soon I will publish my formal complaint because it is a very long story and I have a lot of information to share. How sad that her great preparation of which she boasts so much does not serve her at all because of the terrible human sense she has with the children she attends, in addition to being an excellent actress to convince the parents of children with a problem as the only viable option for diagnosis and intervention. Terrible place, very dirty and for what they charge they should have first class facilities but it is a house equipped with a lobby in the patio where they have an old and dirty room where their two secretaries have their desks and the insects whenever they can. As a client, you freeze if it's cold, flies bite you and you get wet if it rains, everything is very improvised, what a shame in an office or clinic. Terrible place, terrible treatment, how sorry I am especially because instead of helping my son that "doctor" has done everything to affect him. Obviously I don't recommend it in the least.
