D	Daisy Travers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llamé para pedir cita para un estudio y la señorita me dijo que no había que sacar cita pero que había que hacer una preparación previa a la radiografía por medio de un laxante. Cuando le pregunté respecto a la dieta específica que me dijo que había que seguir para poder realizar el estudio me dio muy pocos detalles y se negó a explicarme el porque la necesidad de una dieta blanda. Después, harta del mal servicio y la poca profesionalidad de este establecimiento, comencé a investigar porque alguien tendría que laxarse para hacer una radiografía sacrocoxigea y descubrí que eso solo es necesario si la calidad de imagen proporcionada no es alta. Terminé yendo a star médica donde me cobraron MENOS y no requerían de NINGÚN tipo de preparación para el estudio, la radiografía salió bien, y el personal fue sumamente amable, a diferencia de este lugar. De verdad que les recomiendo muchísimo informarse bien antes de hacerse radiografías que requieran laxarse antes, la persona que lleve a este lugar no necesitaba de ello y terminó sintiéndose peor y sumamente deshidratada de a gratis. Esta fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido respecto a procedimientos médicos, si su doctor los manda aquí porque hacen estudios avanzados o “especializados” (como me dijo mi doctora) eso no es cierto, el equipo que usan es de tan mala resolución que no pueden separar partes blandas de huesos, por eso piden preparación, lo cual atrasa al menos por un día el procedimiento y extiende la incomodidad de un procedimiento que debería ser sumamente sencillo. Además de todo, las señoritas que atienden en mostrador no tienen idea de lo que dicen y la chica que atiende en las tardes es una grosera incompetente Bad service, I called to make an appointment for a study and the lady told me that there was no appointment but that there was a pre-x-ray preparation by means of a laxative. I really recommend that you inform yourself well before taking x-rays that require laxing before, the person who takes you to this place did not need it and ended up feeling worse and extremely dehydrated for free. This was one of the worst experiences I have had regarding medical procedures, if your doctor sends them here because they do advanced or “specialized” studies (as my doctor told me) that is not true, the equipment they use is of such poor resolution They cannot separate soft parts of bones, so they ask for preparation, which delays the procedure for at least one day and extends the discomfort of a procedure that should be extremely simple. In addition to everything, the ladies who serve at the counter have no idea what they say and the girl who attends in the afternoon is a rude incompetent
