★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lentísimo el servicio, (más de tres horas de fila) solo hay un cajero recibiendo pagos de agua, una gran cantidad de personas de la 3a edad esperando pagar el agua y el predial. En el EdoMex estamos en semáforo rojo y no habría porque estar exponiendo a personas tan vulnerables en esta pésima situación. Creo que hay tecnología que permite hacer pagos en línea respetando los debidos descuentos. ¡OJO! ELLOS VIENEN A CUMPLIR CON SUS PAGOS Y SE LES EXPONE, NO HAY QUE SER ABUSIVOS.
