★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su plataforma de cobro es un chiste y su servicio al cliente también. Nunca resuelven los problemas de raíz. Le ponen un parchecito con tal de cerrar sus folios y maquillar sus datos internos. Total Play Empresarial deja mucho que desear. Ponen pretextos de que se les satura el sistema o los servidores, y eso habla muy mal de una empresa dedicada precisamente a telecomunicaciones.
Their collection platform is a joke and their customer service too. They never solve the root problems. They put a patch on it in order to close its folios and make up its internal data. Total Play Empresarial leaves much to be desired. They make excuses that the system or servers are saturated, and that speaks very badly of a company dedicated precisely to telecommunications.
