C	Cecilia Valerdi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Éste lugar es una Escuela y Centro de Rehabilitación, para mí lo más importante es que cuentan con "tanque de agua" y que en estos momentos por medidas sanitarias de COVID no está en servicio. Tiene servicios de medicina general, fisiatría, psicóloga, mecanoterapia, electroterapia, terapia ocupacional y otros. Cuenta con rampas para el acceso de sillas de ruedas principalmente. El servicio es mayormente para personas que no tienen servicis médicos como serían el IMSS e ISSSTE y se pasa un filtro en trabajo social para que determinen el rango de cuotas a pagar. Yo, por ejemplo soy paciente del ISSSTE, pero como el Hospital de Tlaxcala no tiene servicio de Fisiatría firman anualmente un convenio para que nos atiendan cuando nuestro médico nos envié a dicha especialidad; pero si yo por mi cuenta solicito alguno de los servicios no me atienden. Ésta situación me enoja mucho porque todo el tiempo se va en trámites burocráticos, ej: si me operan posterior a la convalecencia pasan varios meses, luego sigue interconsulta en Fisiatría para determinar los tipos de terapia que necesite, luego esperar la consulta (puede variar 1 a 4 meses) te envían al CRI, entonces hay que esperar la autorización, puede ser en 1 mes, para que te autoricen 10 terapias que aproximadamente son 2 meses; la conclusión es que pueden pasar muchos meses y no hay una secuencia adecuada en mi tratamiento de fisiatría y no puedo ver muchos resultados favorables. This situation annoys me a lot because all the time it goes through bureaucratic procedures, for example: if I have surgery after convalescence, several months go by, then I continue to consult in Physiatry to determine the types of therapy I need, then wait for the consultation (it may vary 1 to 4 months) they send you to the CRI, then you have to wait for the authorization, it can be in 1 month, so that they authorize 10 therapies that are approximately 2 months; The bottom line is that many months can go by and there is no proper sequence in my physiatry treatment and I can't see many favorable results.
