★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es tan bueno, a veces confiamos que entregamos nuestros objetos a personas profesionales ya que al parecer el taller tiene muchos años, pero al entregarme mi máquina hace un mes aprox. la entregaron con piezas flojas, al recibirla cosió y pensé que todo estaba bien pero al hacer una costura mayor, nunca funcionó correctamente. Quise aplicar la garantía y me volvieron a cobrar, alegando que alguien ya le había metido mano a la maquina, cuando eso no había sucedido y el sr. muy "indignado" alegando que así no la había entregado. Pensé que trataba con alguien de experiencia y no fue así.
The service is not so good, sometimes we trust that we deliver our objects to professional people since apparently the workshop is many years old, but when I delivered my machine about a month ago. They delivered it with loose pieces, when I received it I sewed it and I thought everything was fine but when I made a larger seam, it never worked correctly. I wanted to apply the guarantee and they charged me again, claiming that someone had already touched the machine, when that had not happened and mr. very "indignant" claiming that he had not delivered it that way. I thought I was dealing with someone with experience and it was not like that.
