★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, al menos para mi auto, mal quedados, limpieza pésima en entrega de autos, no resuelven mucho, ni hay modo de hablar con algún superior que pueda acceder a atender tus opiniones o quejas, la puntualidad de entrega pésima, no se respeta, además muuuy tardado las reparaciones, llevo 4 meses y no me han entregado bien el auto, piensen antes de ingresar su auto ahí.
A vuelta de un año de reparado del siniestro, febrero 2022, mi vehículo se le han cambiado algunas piezas que, para no variar son de la más baja calidad, tengan cuidado antes de ingresar sus vehiculo, porque en poco tiempo, tendrán que sustituir piezas que le pone este taller a tu auto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super terrible experiencia, lleve mi coche a arreglar me lo entregaron chocado y como que intentaron re pintarlo, se los llevo, se hicieron responsables del daño que ellos me causaron, al momento de recoger el coche tanto la reparación de mi siniestro como del choque que ellos hicieron, un trabajo terrible... y encima se molestaron.... no se como mapfre puede recomendar este lugar... y ya platicando con gente tienen mala fama de entregar coches mal tratados

Les recomiendo que no vayan y si tienen seguro no los dejen ahí, acudí la primera vez y lo dejé y me lo entregaron y wow la pintura chorreada así en serio chorreada! Jamás vayan ahí y jamás contraten Zurich

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST customer service and treatment I have experienced. They do not communicate with you very well and don't care to make sure their clients understand the process to the fullest. They also failed to advise that what you sign giving them authorization to fix the car means that they will fix it without your consent or without letting you know the cost to THEN give consent. Also, I had gone on Saturday's for 3 weeks to try and get an estimate or try to leave my vehicle, but they always said to turn it in on Monday or during the week. I ended up asking for time off of work to take my vehicle and I planned picking it up on a Saturday since they are OBVIOUSLY open. They messaged me on Friday saying if I don't go pick up my vehicle that same day (Friday) I would have to wait until Monday. I advised I worked and got off at 6 (same closing time) and I advised I could go Saturday and they said "our schedules have changed"... wait what? In a week? I don't know if to laugh at them or be upset. I ended up having to leave work early to pick up my vehicle, but it's the last time I take it to this shop.
